The reference to "sun recede below your equatorial line, and emerge again" refers to equinoxes: March 20 of this year to September 22 (if "recede" is an error), or September 22 of this year to March of next year, a fancy way of saying 12/21/12 give or take three months. The word "soon" contradicts the word "recede," so it's not possible to pin down this prediction exactly.
